I have over 15 years of experience as a therapist, with a particular passion in helping people move through life transitions. These can include a new marriage or job, the addition of children or becoming an “empty nest”. Many people find themselves in the “sandwich generation”, caring for both aging parents and children. These transitions can be stressful as we redefine our identity. You may experience added anxiety, grief and depression with these life changes. I see adults ranging from young adulthood on up, utilizing an eclectic approach. I have my Bachelor’s Degree from Michigan State University and my Master’s Degree from the University of Michigan, with a specialty in aging.
